List of 4 items.

  • School Hours

Regular school hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday through Friday. During these hours, the Manor and Loggia receptions will be staffed to greet guests, receive deliveries, route phone calls, and respond to inquiries. A security guard is on duty daily (Monday–Sunday) between 7 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
  • School Access for Guests

Crescent parents with scheduled meetings should enter the school through the Loggia Entrance and sign in at the visitor’s kiosk beside reception. Parents should wear their visitor’s pass for the duration of their visit.

The Manor entrance is exclusively for visitors, prospective families, guests of the Advancement Office, parents on campus for CPA-related business, and courier deliveries.
  • School Access for Students

    Lower School:
Students arriving from 7:50–8:05 a.m. will gather in the Formal Garden. At 8:05, Primary students will be escorted by a teacher to their Home Form, while Junior students will navigate their way to their Home Form independently.

Lower School students arriving after 8:05 a.m. must enter through the Loggia Entrance, check in at the Assistant Head's office to complete a late slip, and then proceed to their Home Form.

    Middle School:
Students can enter the Lau Family Wing using the entrance beside Mr. Bell's Office starting at 7:30 a.m. (Students should NOT use the CCL doors).

After 8:15 a.m., Middle School students must use the Loggia entrance and travel to the Middle School via the Heritage Hallway, where they must sign in using the iPad at Mr. Campbell's desk.

    Upper School:
Upper School students may enter the building through the Loggia or Manor Entrances, using their key cards, which provide easy access to Upper School classrooms on both levels of the School.

After 8:30 a.m., students must sign in using the iPad in Ms. Martin's office.
  • Key Cards for Upper School Students

Upper School students are assigned a key card with tap technology that allows entry to designated areas of the school during school hours. Key cards are personalized for each student with their photograph. Students must carry their key cards each day.

Students new to Crescent will have their key card photo taken during the New Boys Orientation. Returning students must bring their existing key cards when they return to school in September.

If a student has lost his card, the School will provide a one-time replacement at no charge. A $24 fee will apply to each subsequent replacement key card and will be charged to the Student Billing Account.
