Crescent Camps

Crescent Camps encourage learning for girls and boys ages 4–13 through creativity, innovation, sport, collaboration and leadership.

Crescent Camps are open to girls and boys ages 4–13 years. All program sessions are one week in length and sessions can be mixed and matched to suit your family's schedule.

Camps run from 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday to Friday, beginning June 22 through August 21, 2026. There is no camp on Wednesday, July 1 (Canada Day) and Monday, August 3 (Simcoe Day). Program costs are prorated accordingly for these weeks.

New for 2026
New camp offerings for 2026 include App Development with AI, Game Design, Fashion, Music, and Spy Science Academy.
 
The Manor Series is a collection of camp programs designed for campers who seek an extraordinary, skill-enriching summer experience. Each Manor Series program is led by accomplished professionals and specialists in their respective fields. From National Ballet of Canada faculty and executive chefs to acclaimed painters and technology innovators, instructors are passionate about their work and eager to mentor children and youths as they explore and develop new skills. 
 
The Manor Series programs are also distinguished by additional features woven into every program. Campers will enjoy distinctive, hands-on opportunities and take home meaningful keepsakes that reflect their learning journey.

  • Discount Codes

    Please note: Only one discount can be applied per transaction.

    Early Bird Discount:     Register by December 19, 2025, and use the code EarlyBird for a 5% discount.

    Sibling Discount: Save 5% when you register two children or more by noon on August 12, 2026. The sibling discount is applied automatically at checkout. 

    Crescent School Alumni Discount: Crescent alumni save 10% if they register by August 12, 2026, at noon. Please contact crescentcamps@crescentschool.org for details.

  • Experienced Counsellors

    Our camp programs are led by highly qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic instructors, many are Crescent teachers and alumni. They are assisted by counsellors and volunteers to ensure campers receive personal attention and care.

  • Lunch Program

    Campers enjoy a delicious lunch daily, included in the camp fee. Each day will feature a different hot lunch option, as well as sandwich, salad, dessert and fresh fruit.

  • Before Care & After Care

    Before Care (7:45 a.m.–8:45 a.m.) and After Care (3:45 p.m.–5:30 p.m.) are available for all camps for the following weekly fees per camper:

    • Before Care: $50.00 per week
    • After Care: $90.00 per week
    • Before & After Care: $125.00 per week

  • Other Camp Features

    Other features of Crescent Camps include:
    • On-site nurse
    • Low ropes once a week
    • Weekly camp spirit day

  • Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

    Cancellations and refunds are subject to the following policies:
    • Cancellations must be made in writing, by email, to the Crescent Camps office at crescentcamps@crescentschool.org
    • Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee per session, per camper, will be issued for all cancellations requested by May 29, 2026
    • After May 29, 2026, no refunds will be provided.
    • Pro-rated refunds or credits are not available for days absent.
    • Any transfer requests must be made in writing, via email, to the Crescent Camps office at crescentcamps@crescentschool.org
    • Transfers will be accommodated free of charge, provided there is space in the program and the program price is the same.
    • Crescent Camps is unable to transfer balances between camp seasons.
    • Crescent Camps reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum enrollment is not met or for exceptional and/or unforeseen circumstances. If we have to cancel a program, we will accommodate your camper in an alternate program or provide you with a full refund.

    Located in the heart of the city along Bayview Avenue, Crescent Camps offers incredible facilities, including a FIFA-grade soccer field and a state-of-the-art robotics lab, while also offering campers traditional camp activities at our low ropes course, nestled within our nature trail and ravine system.

    Campers and Parents must consent to our Code of Conduct. 
    Inclusive Camps Accommodation:
    We recognize that we have a duty to accommodate to a point of undue hardship. Our Camps Director will meet with prospective campers and their families to review the accommodation process. We will request information that is reasonably related to the nature of any limitations and restrictions. The camps will take an active role to ensure that alternative approaches and possible accommodation solutions are investigated. We are happy to help you decide if Crescent Camps are the best option!

    Drop-off for campers is between 8:45 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and programming ends at 3:45 p.m. Camp pick-up is between 3:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
