Parent Information Session: November 25
Please join us on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. for an information session on the launch of Grades 1 and 2 at Crescent School. This session will provide you with an overview of our vision for these new entry points, including the academic program, student experience, and admissions process. You will also have an opportunity to hear from and connect with school leaders.Registration for this event is requested. Please use this link to register. -

Application Process
Step 1:Complete the online application form. Your application will automatically save, so you may exit and return to it at any time. A confirmation webpage will appear after your application is submitted and payment is received. You will also receive a confirmation email. Please allow one business day for processing.Step 2:Once your application has been processed, you will have access to the application checklist. Please upload the following documents to your application checklist as soon as possible:- Applying to Grade 1: Final report card from June 2025, as well as the latest progress report or first term report from the current school year, when it becomes available
- Applying to Grade 2: Final report cards from June 2024 and June 2025, as well as the latest progress report or first term report from the current school year, when it becomes available
- Passport or other government-issued photo identification
- Teacher assessment form
Step 3:- Crescent Close-up: A Visit for Grades 1 & 2 Families is a mandatory, in-person event for families of students applying to Grades 1–2. Families will sign up for one session on either January 7 or 8, 2026. Sign-up will be available in December.
Step 4:- You will be able to book your family interview through the link in your applicant checklist in December. All interviews will take place between January 19 to 30, 2026

December 1, 2025: Application Deadline
We accept late applications after the deadline. Please note that the application fee is $325 as of December 2.
After Offer Day (February 20, 2026), select late applicants may be contacted for an interview. -
January 7 & 8, 2026: Crescent Close-Up for Applicant Families
Once families have submitted an application, they will be invited to book a time to attend a Crescent Close-Up visit. Each visit will feature a discussion with our school leaders, providing you with the opportunity to ask questions and connect in a more personal way. The small group setting makes it easier to engage in meaningful discussion and learn how our mission and values come to life in the classroom. Children applying to Grades 1 and 2 are expected to attend and participate in a fun, age-appropriate activity nearby. Families will sign up for one session on either January 7 or 8, 2026. Registration will be available in December. -
January 19–30, 2026: Grades 1 and 2 Interviews
All interviews for applicant families of Grade 1 and 2 students will be scheduled during this two-week period. You will be able to book your family interview through the link in your applicant checklist in December. -
February 20, 2026: Offer Day
Admission decisions are communicated to all applicants.
