Crescent Teams Show Strength at CISAA

From the trails to the soccer pitch and beyond, Crescent boys showed their athletic skills this fall. In addition to two gold medals in cross-country, both D2 U14 and Junior soccer teams brought home silver medals. “The Junior D2 soccer is usually a really tough division for us. For us to win silver and win the season is a pretty big accomplishment,” says Crescent’s Director of Athletics, Fraser Bertram.

This fall was also the debut of Crescent’s U14 D2 flag football team, and they made their mark by winning a CISAA silver. Bertram was confident that the sport would be popular with students since it’s a mainstay at the School’s House Days activities. They were coached by faculty members Joe Johnson, Sean DeZilva, Peter Vaisanen, and Jonathan Arendt.
