2026 Intersession Week

Intersession Week takes place from March 2–5, 2026, for Middle and Upper Schools and from March 3–5 for Lower School.
 
Intersession Week is an experiential learning opportunity for developing essential character qualities identified in Crescent’s Portrait of a Grad. This mandatory programming features diverse activities for students in all grades.

Lower School
Intersession in the Lower School takes place on March 3–5.
Programming in the Lower School focuses on growing connections and community engagement. Each grade will have dedicated programming.
Middle School
Grade 7 programming focuses on service learning; Grade 8 programming focuses on leadership development, sustainability and stewardship. Intersession is a mandatory part of the school curriculum.

  • Please note that school will begin at 8:15 a.m. and end at 3:10 p.m. as usual.
  • Students may "dress for the day" in Crescent apparel.
Upper School
Upper School Intersession programming focuses on leadership and service learning. Students were introduced to the various program options during Mentor Group and have submitted their top three program choices.
