Extraordinary Gift from Crescent Family

Cortellucci Family Theatre is the new name given to the CCL Theatre. The naming of the theatre, located in the School’s Centre for Creative Learning, is in recognition of the family’s remarkable $2 million pledge towards Crescent’s Master Campus Plan.

Nicole and Fabrizio Cortellucci and their son Cristiano ‘29 were on hand for the unveiling of the theatre’s naming plaque on December 12. They were joined by Headmaster Michael Fellin, Head of Art Godric Latimer-Kim and Head of Lower School Dr. Sandra Boyes for the momentous occasion.
Nicole Cortellucci reflects upon her family’s gift in this way. “Crescent will have a lifelong impact on the man our son will become and the sons of so many other families. It is crucial that the school is given the resources to thrive.”

“The spirit of philanthropy runs deep at Crescent,” says Headmaster Fellin. “On behalf of our entire community, I thank the Cortellucci Family for their trust, partnership and extraordinary support.”
This gift places the Cortellucci Family amongst the most generous benefactors in Crescent’s history.
