Welcome Back! How to Reboot Your Physical and Mental Well-Being for a Post-Pandemic World with Elaine Chin, MD, MBA

Wednesday, March 9
1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EST

Event details and registration can be found here.
Our shared pandemic has shaken every one of us, unleashing a wave of physical and mental micro-traumas—both known and unknown. As we recover, we must encourage “new normal” workstyles with additional interactive tools and virtual coaching to support physical resiliency and mental well-being. It’s now time to roar back and reclaim our well-being!

In a talk based on her new book, Welcome Back! How to Reboot Your Physical and Mental Well-Being for a Post-Pandemic World, Dr. Chin will offer a pathway from languishing to thriving by putting the power of achieving optimal health back into our hands. With do-it-yourself diagnostics grounded in personalized medicine, Dr. Chin will teach us how to boost our sense of health and fortify our immunity.

Participants will:
  • better understand the “post-pandemic” context we are shifting into, and how we can best deal with our current situation while planning for the future
  • learn how we can support and cultivate a better sense of our family’s health, including do-it-yourself diagnostics and science-based techniques
Dr. Chin’s presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A.
