Crescent's Virtual Learning Program

Due to the province-wide lockdown to control the spread of COVID-19, all Crescent School students are attending classes online through Crescent's Virtual Learning Program (VLP) as of Tuesday, January 5.

Crescent's VLP is intentionally designed to provide continuity of study, flexibility and community. The schedules for the Lower, Middle and Upper Schools feature a blend of synchronous and asynchronous learning, teacher support, community time, and health and wellbeing programming.

“Crescent School is well-prepared for the transition to our VLP. Our teachers have planned for this scenario and we had an opportunity to practise our virtual schedules prior to the winter break,” says Nick Kovacs, Crescent's Deputy Headmaster and Head of Upper School.

The VLP will continue for all Crescent students until at least February 10, in accordance with the measures announced by the Ontario government.
