The Garage Sale is an annual Crescent Parent Association initiative, staffed by more than 200 volunteers and attended by more than 1,000 bargain-hunters and deal-hunters from across the GTA. For one Saturday in spring, the Field House is transformed into a well-organized flea market open to the public, with lineups starting early in the morning. Members of the public are invited to bargain hunt and, after the sale, hundreds of leftover items are donated to carefully chosen community support agencies.
This sale raises funds for the capital projects of the Our Way Forward campaign as well as being a community outreach initiative.
