Parent Annual Giving

Crescent School is very proud of its generous community of current and past parents, alumni, grandparents and friends.
For decades, our Crescent family has supported capital projects, program enhancements and student financial aid, in part, to make our school better for the next generation of boys of promise. That legacy of giving continues today, most recently demonstrated by the success of the Great Boys campaign, which concluded in 2015 and raised over $34 million including $5 million from Parent Annual Giving. During Great Boys, we added Innes Field, the Margaret Donnelly Lower School Library, the Lau Family Wing, the Latifi Family Commons and the Middle and Upper School Library to our campus for our boys to use and learn in every day. Great Boys also expanded our programmatic offerings in the areas of Robotics, Crescent Student Services, International Outreach and Student Financial Aid.

Last year, our parents contributed almost $1.2 million through the Parent Annual Giving program. We are so proud of this wonderful generosity shown by our parents each and every year. This year we are asking all parents to contribute $2,500 per student, with options to double up or triple up. All donations to Parent Annual Giving will directly support the first phase of capital projects as identified in the Master Campus Plan and will be communicated in more detail in 2019. These projects are not covered by tuition and will greatly enhance the Crescent experience of our boys now and for years to come. A portion of Parent Annual Giving will also go towards Student Financial Aid.

We are truly proud of the strong history of generosity that exists at Crescent School. This year, we are asking all families to consider a tax-deductible charitable donation of $2,500 per son, and where possible consider doubling ($5,000) or tripling ($7,500) their commitment. All donations of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt.
