Congratulations To Our Graduates

It was a proud moment as Crescent’s newest Men of Character crossed the stage at Graduation on June 15 to receive their Ontario Secondary School Diplomas. The 85 graduates in the Class of 2018 are now heading to university programs across Canada, in the United States and the United Kingdom.

In his Graduation ceremony speech, Grade 12 Valedictorian Charlie Fisher said, “Let’s celebrate all we have achieved, bid farewell to our teachers and to each other, and let’s look forward to our new adventures. We still have much left to accomplish; make sure you enjoy the journey and try new things so you are not left regretting the things you did not do.”

Alumnus Brian Lang ’87, a member of Crescent’s Board of Governors, gave the Graduation Address. He reminded the Grads of the equation for character: relationships multiplied by experience, divided by risk management – and he shared wise advice for the Grads to keep in mind as they set out on their lives beyond Crescent’s walls.
