Crescent Athletes Shine in Spring Competitions

Crescent athletes delivered an impressive spring season, earning podium finishes across a wide range of sports.

Rugby led the way. The senior team (pictured) capped an undefeated league campaign by capturing the CISAA championship before advancing to OFSAA, while the junior squad successfully defended its CISAA title. The U14 team also contributed to the program’s success, earning a CISAA silver medal.

Ultimate Frisbee teams showed remarkable resilience throughout the season. After slow starts, both the senior and junior squads rallied, with the seniors qualifying for OFSAA and the juniors claiming a championship after defeating a team that had bested them earlier in the year.

Elsewhere, junior golf dominated competition and won the CISAA championship thanks to a talented roster. Senior baseball also impressed, overcoming a rain-soaked spring to secure a silver medal in a highly competitive league. We also picked up individual CISAA gold medals in junior badminton, senior tennis, and track & field.
