Physical Well-Being

Health services are provided in our Wellness Centre, which is staffed full-time by our school nurses.

Our Wellness Centre school nurses provide primary care to students who become ill or injured at school and also work with our teachers to ensure that boys coping with chronic illnesses and injuries are appropriately accommodated in their learning environment. Health services at Crescent include:

Student point of care health education
Concussion support
Mental health support
Grade 7 Immunizations
Consultation with parents & outside professionals
Staff prevalent medical condition education

Managing the Risk of Concussion
Crescent School has an agreement with Holland Bloorview Concussion Centre, a full-service concussion clinic. Concussion education and care are provided for all Crescent School boys by Holland Bloorview Concussion Centre.
