Prize Day Traditions and Surprises

For 105 years, Prize Day has marked the end of the school year at Crescent School. As Headmaster Michael Fellin says, “It is a unique tradition, bringing us together as a community to showcase our boys’ accomplishments along their path from promise to character.”

This year, as the Crescent community came together on June 14 to celebrate our students’ efforts and accomplishment, the ceremonies each included a memorable twist. For the Lower School ceremony, the Grade 12s and Grade 3s performed Oh The Places You’ll Go by Dr. Suess. The Middle School ceremony included a moving performance of “Home” by the boys and teachers. And the day ended with a surprise flash mob dance routine by the faculty during the Upper School ceremony.
