High Scores For Crescent At DECA

Crescent’s Business Team enjoyed success at the DECA Nor-Eastern & Private Regional Competition in Whitby on November 5. Competing against approximately 2,000 students from across Ontario, the 78 Upper School boys on Crescent’s team finished with 30 medals and ribbons, including two first-place and one third-place overall team scores as well as one first-place individual score. The first-place finishes were Kyle Chang and Cory Gill for “Sports & Entertainment Marketing Team Decision Making,” Charlie Fisher and Maaran Murugathas for “Buying & Merchandising Team Decision Making,” and Andre Corona for "Business Finance Series." Harrison Wang and Jack Duboc placed third for “Financial Services Team Decision Making.” The team now looks forward to the provincial competition in February.
