  • AR/VR Creation Using Co-Spaces (Ages 10–13)


    Step into a different reality of your own creation! Campers will use Co-Spaces to create and code an AR/VR experience to share with others. They will learn the basics of block coding and bring in 3D models from other programs. Code, collaborate, and use your imagination to immerse yourself in the experience!
    Requirements to view the creations in AR/VR (not essential for the camp):
    AR – Smartphone or Tablet 
    VR – Smartphone and VR goggles. (We suggest Merge Goggles or Google Cardboard)

Campers will have the opportunity to showcase their skills through an online platform where they will compete against fellow campers. Fun camp games will be weaved into the program to create a fun and collaborative environment.

  • Intermediate Coding Concepts with Minecraft (Ages 12–13)


    Intermediate Minecraft! Attendees will build on their understanding of concepts used in coding for Minecraft and other programming languages while improving their teamwork and communication skills. By the end of the program, participants will understand, and be able to use programming ideas and structures. They will learn how and when to use variables, constants, coordinates, and loops. Campers will be able to use these tools to act quickly and smoothly in their Minecraft worlds and will be able to apply what they have learned when dealing with other programming languages.

  • Strategy Board Games (Ages 12–13)


    Learn strategy while playing games! Develop critical thinking and strategy skills while playing classic board games. Each game will have a play and strategy lesson, as well as interactive feedback during play. Examples of the types of games we will be playing are Risk, Settlers of Catan, Scrabble, and chess.
