Crescent develops leaders in several ways. Every day in our classes we challenge students to test the boundaries of their knowledge. We ask our senior students to mentor younger students in the school. The student body elects House Captains (who oversee the extensive House System) and the Prefects, a group of senior boys who act as the student government at Crescent. In addition, we have an extensive leadership development programme beginning in grade 9. Finally, each student must complete 40 hours of community service to be granted his diploma.
