Rentals

Crescent is pleased to open its facilities to the community, outside of school hours*.

We can only accept block bookings, i.e. same day on a weekly basis, full facilities for a weekend etc. Individual hour/day bookings cannot be facilitated at this time.

*School hours are as follows: 7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday

Field House	[Back to Top]

The 30,000 sq. ft. Field House consists of a multi-purpose space suitable for division into three tennis, basketball, volleyball or badminton courts. The space may also be used for indoor soccer or frisbee, martial arts or aerobics. A two-lane running track surrounds the perimeter of the facility and there is access to a pole vaulting pit. Change rooms, showers and a 24 desk classroom are also available.

Rental rates for the Field House are as follows:
Full facility: $150 per hour

Innes Field: weeknights 6 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. - weekends from 7 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.
     Rates: Sept 1 - November 30 $150/hr
                 Dec 1 - March 31 $80/hr
                 April 1 - June 30 $150/Hr
                 July 1 - Aug 31 $80/hr

Upper Gym	[Back to Top]

The Upper Gym is a regulation basketball size facility. Conveniently located just inside a main entrance, the Upper Gym has lots of natural light and is directly across the hall from the Dining Hall and adjacent to a wing of classrooms. Shower/change rooms are available one floor down.

Lower Gym	[Back to Top]

The Lower Gym is a regulation basketball size facility. It is located on the lower level of the school and can be easily accessed from a rear parking area. The facility is across the hall from 4 squash courts with viewing areas and has pull out bleachers available. Shower and change rooms are just outside the gym.

The four regulation squash courts have rear glass walls and separate viewing area.

Rental Rate: $30 per hour per court.

Formal Garden/Terrace	[Back to Top]

The 80' x 20' stone terrace is located behind the Weston House and directly off the Drawing Room. The terrace steps lead down into the Formal Garden, a 40' x 120' lawn, bordered on the sides by thick hedges and at the far end by a large columned pond and fountain. This is an ideal location for weddings, formal receptions or barbecues.

Classrooms	[Back to Top]

The majority of Crescent's classrooms are in the 600 - 750 2q. ft. range. They are all carpeted, air conditioned and equipped with white boards and overhead projectors.
