The Wisdom of Practice Project in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania

Wisdom of Teaching in Boys’ Schools is a research project commissioned by the International Boys’ Schools Coalition (IBSC).

It explores whether there are teaching practices and activities that seem to be especially effective for boys’ engagement and achievement.

It involves 18 boys’ schools from all parts of the globe—Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

Crescent is honoured to be one of the two boys' school from Canada selected to participate. The other Canadian institution is Selwyn House in Montreal.
