Crescent is pleased to open its facilities to the community, outside of school hours.*
We can accept single bookings, i.e. same day on a weekly basis, full facilities for a weekend etc.

Innes Field $160 per hour
Field House $160 per hour
Formal Garden/Terrace $100 per hour

Gymnasiums (Upper and Lower) $80 per hour
Squash Courts $30 per hour
Centre for Creative Learning (theatre and/or event space) $200 per hour
*School hours are 7 a.m.—6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
Field House
The 30,000 sq. ft. Field House consists of a multi-purpose space suitable for division into three tennis, basketball, volleyball or badminton courts. The space may also be used for indoor soccer or frisbee, martial arts or aerobics. A two-lane running track surrounds the perimeter of the facility and there is access to a pole vaulting pit. Change rooms, showers and a 24 desk classroom are also available.
Rental rate (full facility): $160 per hour
Innes Field
Innes Field is available for use weeknights from 6—10:30 p.m. and on weekends from 7 a.m.—10:30 p.m.

Upper Gym
The Upper Gym is a regulation basketball size facility. Conveniently located just inside a main entrance, the Upper Gym has lots of natural light and is directly across the hall from the Dining Hall and adjacent to a wing of classrooms. Shower/change rooms are available one floor down.

Lower Gym
The Lower Gym is a regulation basketball size facility. It is located on the lower level of the school and can be easily accessed from a rear parking area. The facility is across the hall from 4 squash courts with viewing areas and has pull out bleachers available. Shower and change rooms are just outside the gym.

Squash Courts
The four regulation squash courts have rear glass walls and separate viewing area.
Rental rate: $30 per hour per court
Formal Garden and Terrace
Stretching the length of the Manor, an 80x20 foot flagstone terrace is located behind the Manor building, and can be accessed directly from the Manor's Drawing Room solarium. Two grand, wide steps lead from the Terrace down into the Formal Garden, a 40x120 foot pristine lawn, bordered on one side by a thick six-foot hedge, and on the other by the Lau Family Wing building - a three-story modern addition to the Centre for Creative Learning (CCL). At the far end of the Formal Garden, and seen from the Terrace, is a 19th century columned pond and fountain.
With such a picture-perfect natural setting, the Formal Garden and Terrace is the ideal location for weddings, formal receptions and outdoor events.

Please note that Crescent School is a smoke- and nut/peanut-free facility.

Classrooms
The majority of Crescent's classrooms are in the 600-750 square foot range. They are all carpeted, air conditioned and equipped with white boards and overhead projectors.
