Crescent's commitment to the Arts is demonstrated by its superb facilities and the dedication of the faculty in each department. Students can enjoy two large, fully-stocked art studios, two music studios - one for choral music and piano lab, the other for band and strings. The Centre for Creative Learning, which opened in the spring of 2004 is the jewel in our art performing arts crown, offering a state-of-the-art, 350 seat theatre. Now our students can be challenged to go beyond their comfort zone in many performance opportunities beyond music, drama or public speaking. The magnificent "back stage" facilities allow students to experiment with professional quality visual and audio equipment. It is our firm belief that a balanced education must include an education in the Arts. Besides our curricular arts components there are many opportunities for all students to be involved in artistic endeavours outside the classroom.
